WHAT IS A NFT?

NFT stands for Non Fungible Tokens. This means that every NFT is a unique asset, registred on a smart contract in a blockchain. It guarantees transactions transparecy, security and autenticity.

HOW CAN I BUY A NFT?

To buy a NFT on Simple, the first step is to register on our store using your Google or Facebook account. Then, after you have selected your item, you can checkout, fill the required information and pay with PIX (only for brazilians), Credit Card or Criptocurrency.

CAN I TRANSFER MY NFT TO A DIGITAL WALET (I.E. METAMASK)?

In the projects that the creator allows the buyer to redeem his NFT, you can transfer it to your digital wallet adress (if it is compatible with Polygon blockchain). If you don’t have a wallet or prefer not to transfer, Simple will store your NFTs in a wallet inside our platform, in which you can see your collection of NFTs bought on Simple.

CAN I SELL MY NFT ON SIMPLE?

Simple currently does not support selling NFTs on our platform yet. However, it will soon be available in our marketplace that is beeing developed. In the meantime, if your NFT allows your to resell it, you can do it in Opensea.io.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A PHYSICAL ITEM?

If you have the right to redeem a physical item by acquiring one of the NFTs sold at Simple, our team will reach you by the email informed during the purchase of the item.
